TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The prize is a ride for the winner and a friend at Rally New Zealand Shakedown in Auckland during May 2010, behind the scenes tour of a WRC Team and Meet the Drivers experience plus Guest Passes to Rally New Zealand 2010 (entitling the winner & friend to all spectator areas during the four day event (6-9 May 2010). The competition runs from Saturday 19 September 2009 to Thursday 22 April 2010. Prize will be drawn on Thursday 22 April 2010. The winner will be notified directly by Rally New Zealand. Entrants must be aged 18 years and over and be in a reasonable state of health and fitness (must be under 110kg to fit in the race seat). This prize cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another person. The winner will be responsible for their own transport to Rally New Zealand 2010. Prize winner/s must agree to sign a waiver of liability before they claim the prize. Rally NZ has the discretion to select the rally car and driver who the winner/s will ride with. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The winners consent to the use of their names, images and other details for publicity purposes.
